I ordered a pair of earrings from snapdeal worth Rs.399 and a pair of bathroom slipper worth Rs.175. Both the product I have ordered separately and I receive these items on time. Both the product swhich I have received were damaged.
Then I raised a complaint and my product and will be replaced by the new one and again I received the defected product. Then again I made a complaint then finally I received the perfect product. This online site provides the good service but this mis-happening irritates me a lot. But still I like there service as they change my product frequently as I never expect.
