I am frequent snapdeal user. I always compare the price with other competitor web sites but this site provides best rate on products on my location. This let me to buy from them.
I have purchase various items from snapdeal like RO water purifier for home and family, iron, toner cartridge etc. it delivers the same as promised time. even before 2 or 3 days.
some issues was there while receiving faulty Ro water purifier, I made complaint to c.c. and the c.c accepted and send me the amount being spent for repairing. that was seems happy when they care for you and understand you.
but one whores experience I got while purchasing mineral cartridge for RO priced around 350 Rs. my order always been cancelled. I tried ordering 4 to 5 times. but every time its cancelled by snapdeal. once I got sms from suppler saying that we have shipped wrong product please refuse it and cancelled the order. before I do, it was cancelled by snapdeal.
it happens again when I order led bulb. every time I got different led bulb that what I orders. but with 7 day easy return policy I return it. and amount was reverted in my freecharge account soon early.
