Hello friends, I would like to share my painful experience with Sanpdeal. I have purchased some products in Snapdeal, but the products are not as per description. Also they have very poor customer service and doesn’t care about their customers and services which they provide. They don’t allow to return the item that you brought even though you didn’t like the product. I contact customer care but most of the time they disconnect the call and when they recieve call, they don’t give correct answer.
Products are not delivered within estimated time, provide wrong message about product tracking status.
Snapdeal is the worst website and also not reliable which makes your time and money waste unnecessary.
I request to everyone please go yourself and buy the product. I know it will take little pain but trust me it will give you 100% satisfaction.
