I have had known snapdeal since the time they first came up as a small player against big opponents like Flipkart, Amazon and eBay. When they were launched, they did not have a huge inventory and there was lots of scope for improvement - and thankfully, Snapdeal had the right management and right skillset - they did manage to improve their services and now stand among the most prominent online shopping portals, head and shoulders with the best of the bunch. I’d like to offer a kudos to the team here!
Coming to the site experience, the site is nice and good but the app still needs improvement Products on the site are genuine and customer service is very good. Offers are good though the number of offers has slightly reduced. My only concern is that they are still sticking with eCOM express couriers which is one of the worst logistics companies - they need to improve their logistics or switch to better logistics providers - that will help them further improve their standing.
