The customer care service of SnapDeal is worst.. They are not replying of my emails and if I call the customer care they always put on hold. There is no one who really bother about customer service. I ordered a Mobile and its almost 1 month, I have not received my product. And all this is their own fault, they sent sent me a wall clock instead of mobile in first delivery. I sent them back the wrong product within 2 days & now they are not taking any action for replacement.
My complaint no is 502512.
