Pathetic experience shopping

I had purchased perfumes from Snapdeal around 10-15 days ago and still haven’t received it. When called the customer support they registered a complaint and said the concern department will contact me. After couple of days I have to call them back again as no one is bothered to revert to their so called "valued customer".


Again the support guy is saying in 24-48hrs someone will contact me and let me the reason why product is not delivered. This means it will be over 15 days that Snapdeal.com has taken my money and not delivered my product. This company really does not care about the customer because of whom it is earning profits. Very Very bad experience.


I just hope I get my product or money back.
