I have been shopping with snapdeal for a very long time and till now I had never had any issues with their service.
But this time I had ordered a pair of boots from snapdeal (order no 3544764084)and returned them due to a size issue and demanded a refunded in the form of bank transfer.
I had sent them the details of my bank account the very same day, but to my astonishment I saw that the amount of 970 INR had been refunded as SD cash!
I have been constantly contacting them for the past 20-25 days regarding this matter and I am always assured that the issue would be resolved on "priority" basis and I will be contacted in 24-48 hrs!
But instead I have to call them up after every two three days and I still get the same old apologize for inconvenience nonsense! worst experience with snapdeal!
