I have one been a customer of snapdeal but to be honest I dont like it . I can say that its like buying second hand products from here . I once ordered a jumber from here and trust it was hilarious , it does not deliver the product as shown in the pic , a very bad quality product at high amount of money .and upon that it always get delayed and does not deliver the product in time . lets say if its written that it will be delivered that with 3 days than it gets delayed upto 5 to 7 days .very bad delivery services .it never delivers the product as shown in the pic. u can get the app from playstore or App store but I suggest you all , whoever is reading this not to buy any product from snapdeal and in terms of reliability I wont say anything .you can just make out from my above sentences
