Worst online shopping experience.

Hi,

I had purchased LG Microwave Owen from Snapdeal from some seller in Delhi.

After 1 weeks use, the Owen got faulty, Snapdeal is not ready to help and is referring me to LG and LG is also not ready to help me.

I have wasted 10k by shopping from Snapdeal and they don’t even respond to customers via email and their phone support is pathetic, worst than government office.

I would request my fellow readers not to buy anything from Snapdeal and try other alternatives.
