I bought shoes in July and was suppose to get 20% cashback money by August. When I didn’t receive the amount within the time line.


When I contacted bank I got to know that snapdeal didn’t inform them about this.


Then I send an email to snapdeal customer care, but they didn’t inform any thing even after 1 month.


When I again complained about this issue I got the response to raise the complain within 1 week.
