I ordered a Karbon titanium S5, order no. 1282475541.
While I got the product, its properly covered by the snap deal wrapper. But the box was seal broken and the mobile set was looking like used condition. Even the box price is different from the snap deal online price .
Therefore I raised the complaint against the product I got at the same day I received. From that day I didn’t got any re solution of my product and not a single call from your concern dept, while its already 14 days gone.
Even though I called several times to the Snapdeal customer care where they put my call on hold for a long time
Still the problem is not solved. Please: We request the concerned Govt. authorities, to take legal action against such companies and save the Indian people from such dubious credible concern and the same time we request the media to do stories on such companies to help the consumer and force the govt. to put an end on such people.
