Very bad experience

Snapdeal is cheating by saying that "your money is covered against Trust Pay". I placed order on 21 Oct and today is 26 Dec 2014.


Still I have not received my money and they are not cancelling my order.


I called on customer service and they just tell that your complaint has been forwarded every time.


NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL. :-(
