Growing dislike for Snapdeal.No money refund!!!!!

I ordered an Hcl Me U1 tab from snapdeal.com in December. It turned out to be a defective piece. My plans for surprise for my brothers birthday got spoiled as I had to return back and den started the long waiting period. These guys dont bother to call you back and update u with the current status of your product. I kept calling for a month and at last they said the product is out of stock and they would refund my money back.


I was happy when I saw a refund message in my inbox but no money came to my account. I have been calling and asking them about my money but they say it will take time to check as they have already refunded my money but due to some problems it hasnt reached me.


God knows how many days it takes for money to reach an account. I have never faced such poor service from any shopping website. If u dont want to lose money as well as your peace of mind, please NEVER GO FOR SNAPDEAL..
