Low product quality. bad customer service.

Hi guys today I am gone tell you something about snapdeal . recently I order a jeans in that they told me gold service will be provided for this product and product rich to my place on last day. so they cant meet to there commitments . Also second example of wurst customer service is when we call on customer service number(92126 92126) then on IVR they tell us that it will take less than 3 minutes to talk with customer service executive. and it almost takes 15 minutes or more than that. About product quality. when we see in images it looks good but actual product arrive at your doorstep its different quality is different. when I checked out jeans and it pocket it looks like a old jeans colored and pockets fabric was too wurst. over all product quality is not good. if we talk about delivery product always rich at your doorstep on last day. and if you order on flipkart they always ship product before time. App is too slow. and one more thing they even not given cash back on time I was called them at least 4 to 5 times for cash back after that they sent me cash back. ANY GUYS NEVER REFER THIS APP to any of your friends, family members or colleague. Because you will never get referral bonus. they told us u will get this referral bonus in 14 days. but still after 23 I didn’t received any referral bonus. they have many hidden conditions. I called them for this issue that girls register my issue but even not provide me complain number. and last I didn’t received referral bonus . its not reliable. best way go for FLIPKART. thanks
