With referecne to the Order number 13074368325 I had purchased a OBI worldphone through Snapdeal.
and it was delivered to me on 5th may 2016.
However I noticed that there was a problem with the speaker and the voice was not clear. So I decided to return the product, and I initiated a return through Snapdeal. Immditely I recieved a call from Snapdeal and informed that an engineer would visit my place.
After couple of days, the engineer visited and checked the phone and issue a confirmation that there is a problem with the phone.
Till half month I have not recieved any repsonse from Snapdeal. After two week I called the customer care and checkd the status, and was told that shortly a pick would be arranged but they ended up sending up a mail that I should go to service center for repair.
Now my question is I have purchased a brand new phone, if the phone is defective, why should I get the phone repaired. Snapdeal is giving worst service and trying to fool their customers.
