I have ordered( order No.324458092 dated 18/10/2014) Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Laptop through Snapdeal and product was delivered on 25/10/2014. Laptop developed LCD problem within warranty period and complaint was registered with Dell(complaint No.914435777 dated 28/07/2015). Dell refused to address the issue telling that Snapdeal is not the registered reseller of Dell products.
Complaint was registered with Snapdeal(Support request No.-914986810 dated 08/08/2015). Snapdeal agreed to refund the amount and take back the faulty product. Snapdeal has collected my bank deatils and assured to refund the amount within 4 working days. Till date they have not taken back the faulty product and not refunded amount. There is no response from Snapdeal for my many mails. The laptop is down from more than two and half months. This is my worst experience.
