Worst customer service and shipping experience

I ordered Amzer note 2 back cover on 31st Dec. and it was supposed to get delivered by 3rd Jan.When I called in snapdeal customer service on 4th Jan.the agent said it will get delivered only by 9th Jan.And the reason was "due to courier reasons".The "supervisor" was of no use as she said the same thing.


Think twice to place the order using snapdeal.com because the product may get delivered after one week from the stipulated date.Worst experience.
