So far I have done quite few orders through snapdeal.com and I would like to say am quite happy with all those orders. Prices are less compared to other sites even flipkart. Some items delivered may be somewhat older manufacturing date but not very old to be blamed.
Snapdeal also provides good offers. Big giants are started investing into snapdeal and prices are getting reduced. Cancellation od the order is quite easy before the product is shipped. You can cancel the order from the website itself. Money will be automatically refunded to the payment account. This is quite good. Customer service is quite slow in responding.

I have ordered ambrane power bank from the seller "B J Infotech" in snapdeal. The product has been marked as sd+ which means that snapdeal will check the quality before dispatch. The product was shipped through speed post which they took very long to deliver . When I opened the box, am shocked to see that there is nothing inside the box other than some junk papers filled to occupy the space inside the box. The seller has done this intentionally. The seller is a cheat, fraud. When I contacted snapdeal they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount. But what about the action taken against the seller? Snapdeal told they cannot suspend the seller. Why such frauds cannot be suspended? Dont buy any product from this seller. He will send junk papers or used ones. See attached photos.
