I ordered’Mayra Yellow Poly Crepe Regula top’ for diwali. I ordered on 23rd Oct, they delivered on 14th Nov. I kept my patience and waited for the order. When I opened the box they delivered a tagless very poor quality some duplicate product. So very next day I raised a return request. They picked the product and declined mine return request due to quality check. I dont understand, why the hell they did not do the same check before delivery. Evry time I called the customer service they tell quality person will call me, but they did not call me yet.This is the second product I am facing such poor service., I risked my money, they fraud me with a duplicate product and not taking return. Even from so many people I got the same review for different product.
