I purchased Asus Zen 5 from Snapdeal. I was facing technical problem with software of the product and called number of times to customer care to take the fix the problem, but not yet resolved. Now it is almost 15 days over but I have not received any response.
Even, one of my friend bought Philips trimmer, which was not working properly. By considering all the things Snapdeal is selling second hand products with low price. Please don’t buy second hand product and problems with snapdeal.
