Snapdeal is harassing me to accept a manufacturing defective product. It was ordered on Order ID: 10691795750(1 Item), Placed on 20 Dec, 2015. Total amount Rs.5, 099.00 paid including courier charges. Now they are not receiving the same item. I have already raised a complain with snapdeal(Ticket Id: 16094175). They asked me to send that order to Kolkata address. But they denied to accept the product and it was returned back.(PFA for the details). Including now I have courier them for twice. As per registered policy they should accept returns on 7days guaranteed return. However it is a manufacturing defective product and intimated them immediately.
Please help me to get my rights back with all such efforts I made to return this product twice. Thanks for your help.
