Hi, My order number is 984636736 which I had placed on May 10, 2013. I havent received till estimated delivery date which was May 15. I got a SMS saying that it would be dispatched in another 3 working days. I tried calling customer care number, but seems the line is busy and I couldnt reach the customer care executive. Meanwhile the order status shows Cancelled state.
When I enquired through contact us option, I got a response that it was out of stock and I will get refund in 7 - 15 working days from May 20. It is not fair to get a response that the product is running out of stock. Is this how such a reputed company manages the stock?
I dont understand how come it was out of stock. Was there any error in updating the stock count. I was seeking an explanation from customer care, but I couldnt reach them. They didnt bothered to give a call back also. If there was an error in stock update, thats is fine. But isnt it their responsibility to give a call to the customer and update that. I havent faced any issue with snapdeal so far, but I am very worried about customer care now which is very pathetic.
