I ordered my product on 23rd Dec by paid full amount through my debit card. Till now 5th Jan 2015 the product not even been shipped, I asked the customer care about this many times, they saying always that it is in process so we will ship the order very soon and we can’t cancel the order.
But till now the product not even been shipped(in "My Orders" it shows 25th Dec is shipment date). Now I am praying to God that they should not send me the product, but they should cancel my order, Because now I am worrying about the product quality they will send.
I purchased many time with snapdeal by COD and received the products. I trusted snapdeal so I not even think about other E-shop. But this is the first time I paid before delivery. And now I am paying the price for this. Hope I will get my order cancelled and get my refund in time.
Updated: I got my order cancelled on 6th Jan 2015 and I got my money back to my account on 7th Jan. Thanks Snap deal.
