I have placed order for voltas 1.2 Ton AC on 10th Oct in Diwali sale offer from snapdeal with order ID 3115466087. Snapdeal ensure me to deliver product on or before 17th Oct. I have waited till 19th but product was not deliver till date and I didn’t get any information regarding product.
All of sudden I have got information from snapdeal representative that product is out of stock and we are arranging from some other vendor, so I have waited till 23rd but product was not delivered yet so I have contacted customer care representative to refund money so they have registered complain for refund and ensure me that I will get money within 5-7 days. So I have waited till 30th oct, all of sudden I got msg that your product is delivered via blue dart surface courier, I just shocked bout that but after 3 days I didn’t get tracking ID and snapdeal also unable to track order. So I have started to take regular follow up at every two days of interval but I didn’t get any information yet after one month of placing order with providing 100% cash payment. Now I need my money back but they are not providing any solution for that also. When I talked to contact with their supervisor then they told me that they will contact me within 4hrs but no one called me.
This is my worst experience of online shopping, I am regularly buying items from Flipkart, Amazone, home shop18 but I never face such a bad experience. I want to inform everyone about this bad experience so you may take care before placing order from snapdeal.
I also want to share one more thing when you want to call snapdeal cust care they you have to spend minimum 20 mins and after that also you didn’t get any positive ans from cust care representative.
