Snap deal ppl are effing thieves. I placed an order on the 27 July using online payment Mode. My order No was 2506509642 and I cancelled it immediately because they did not give me the service I had asked for. I was told my money will be refunded within 5 days. I checked my bank statement today, 21 aug( 25 days later) and it hasn’t yet been refunded. And when I called customer service, the extremely useless rep told me I needed to produce a copy of my bank statement to verify. Do these asses think we are lying?And why shud we trust our personal bank details upon them. And worse they wont evn take me off their list of nonsense emailers after categorically telling them that I am not interested.Their CC’s are snappy, like their name and not in the good way! Seriously, never ever using Online payment. Bloody Con Artists of the first order!
I had earlier ordered a Saree, even on that the border pattern was different on the picture and extremenly disgustingly different on the final product! I let it go at that time, but this time its an ethical issue of ppl spending hard earned money, making repeated calls, being told the money will be refunded, taking their word only to find out 25 days later that it was all a lie. And these asinine creatures ask us, the grievanced, to submit our bank details so that they can have a further fun time frauding us.
