I ordered an Iphone 4s. Delivery was timely. However, they sent me a refurbished phone, which was repackaged to look like new. However had scratches around. Also, their site claims 1 yr manufacturing warranty. However, the phone was flashed but upon activation, I got to know that it was already activated some 3 months back.
I have been still following up with them with no success. Their call center folks have no answers for me, nor they have any escalation procedure. Their 100% money back guarantee is a fraud, also trust pay is useless. Its all fake.
Don’t buy anything except cod option. Once you receive it, verify it and only then pay.. All other options are fake.
