4 months ago I ordered Sony Ericsson k800i mobile housing the delivery date is estimated two day’s. I pre+ paid money via credit card. Friends after 3 days of ordering I checked with customer care but they told me to write some more time the product will be delivered. And I waited but it takes 7 days to deliver. As I received my parcel I opened it friends I got very cheap quality product the housing was looking not genuine product so I very disappointed with them. Then I contacted to customer care then not responded for my complaint.
