I ordered the 21inch monitor from snap deal in September and I it was my first time I was ordering from snap deal and you will not believe me it was the worst decision I made.
The service of snapdeal is so worst that my order was not come to me till the November end I everyday call the snap deal customer care everyday they said it will be delivered to you by tomorrow and the tomorrow never came.
Then I decided to go with Amazon I order same product form Amazon and they deliver the same product to me in one day with great packing then I cancelled my order from snap deal but the snapdeal customers support told me we cant cancel the order and lol the product from snap deal was delivered to me in December.
I rejected the order and told the courier boy to take that order back it was a cash on delivery so I was not in a tension of my cash so don’t waste your valuable money and time it is the worst site to buy your product think twice before going with snap deal they fool the customers
