Very bad experience, while shopping with snapdeal.

I ordered one item, which was on sale with discount.The order got accepted, suddenly you get a mail and


a message next day, that your order is cancelled.


When I called customer care, they are saying, we know this much you cancelled the order, because you asked for another item.When I asked them, please re-process the item, they said the order


is cancelled totally and you need to replace the order with new price


of the item.


I don’t know what would have happened, if I had pre-paid the order.Either my money would have lost or blocked for half a month.
