OMG, such a horrible website, they don’t even provide the account cancellation option in their website. When I called the customer care executive, he was seriously a nightmare. Ass#$%^ argues with me, saying there is the option available to cancel the account.
Where I have read 100’s of complaints about Snapdeal that the option is not available and this idiot argues with me saying it is there. I was devastated by their customer service.
He talks as if he is doing me a favor.
Seriously, my poor Indians will never get a good customer service wherever they go.
