I had been shopping online for the past 2 years now and be doing so for only services and not products. Usually I order products from Flipkart since they are more reliable in their product quality and delivery even though they are slightly expensive than snapdeal.
I was given a promo code for 500 INR last month to be used for any product more than 1000 INR shopping. I ordered a 1000 Rupees shoes and used my promo code and rest on COD. I received a smaller size shoes than I ordered, hence called the Call centre to check what to do with the faulty item I received.
They asked me to return it back by reverse shipping and would replace the same with the correct size. I didnt receive the replacement even after 1 week. Called the call centre only to be told that the product size I ordered isnt available and hence refunded my cash via Snapdeal cash.
I told them I ordered it correctly and that they didnt send the correct size. Now bcos of this I lost a 500 rupees promo code. They refused to revert back the promo code amount and said the ordered has been cancelled. I requested a call back by a supervisor (which they never do, even after I called them back 3 times for a status ) since it wasnt my mistake but that snapdeal sent me a wrong size shoes.
Now they say "ITS NOT THEIR COMPANY POLICY" to replace the promo code. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !! and the call centre agents are so rude and absolutely no manners.
