I ordered a Timex watch few days ago from Snapdeal. I was bit suspicious at start as the product was available at very less price when compared to other Sites. So I ordered the product and my suspicion was right the product was fake. The background of dial was a colour print-out. The watch was already in’ON’ state. The packaging was poor. Upon doing some research I got to know that the seller is not a registered seller of Timex on Snapdeal. also, I checked out the product at store where they said that the product is fake.
So I decided to return the product and tried calling customer care. But I was not able to get in contact with them as the numbers listed where not reachable. I tired to mail them but no response, The App, website was return policy was pathetic as it only allowed to me replace the product not refund it. Later upon many attempts I got response from the mail that they will send an executive to pick the item and upon reviewing it they will initiate the refund.
So the guy came and took the watch. After a week I got mail stating that the was found in used condition. I sent the pictures of unboxing and list on which it was mentioned that is seller was not affiliated seller of timex watches. Many e-mails were exchanged and after 2 months I got my refund.
