I bought a bicycle for my kid, however it was received in a tampered condition.(Order ID 2427164673, Khaitan Cannon DX 14)
Bicycle pedal is missing, assembly manual is missing, checklist is missing, all the assembly tools like spanner screw driver etc are missing.I don’t know what else is missing, but for sure I can say that the box is already opened by someone and cycle is in half assembled condition. Someone returned this and the same box is shipped to me without even checking what is missing inside.
Also the handle bar circular hose is totally damaged, not able to assemble.But customer executives are not listening to this and arguing with me regarding going to local cycle shop and get the missing items!
I would never buy any items from these idiots again, especially things which involve many items inside.
