The delivery date given is 13 Oct. However no delivery nor even the product is shipped at all. As per their TRUSTPAY which snapdeal boosts, refund should be made upon request if the product is not delivered within the delivery date.
I found fishy about the discount they gave as the product is not at all shipped even after 1 week, so requested to cancel the order as per TRUSTPAY. But guess what, Snapdeal changed my Delivery date without any shame and made no refund even after 3 requests raised. On 18 Oct, the courier came with the product and as I expected the product doesnt look new, the carton was broken inside, and the cover is tampered. I out rightly rejected to collect the shipment.
Dont believe in discounts or Diwali deals. Exercise caution. There is a good chance that the product delivered may be second or altered! Reject shipments in such cases.
Dont believe in Snapdeals TRUSTPOLICY which says money is safe. You waste time and energy.
Always opt for Cash on Delivery. Dont fall for their Rs. 50 cashback for netbanking like me:),
Im not going to leave until Snapdeal refunds my money. Ive also attached the images how shamelessly Snapdeal has manipulated dates so to force the customer not to refund money. The first image is from my mail. On Oct 14 they changed the date on their website to a later date. You have a clear case evidence how Snapdeals TRUSTPAY works!
