I was returned my butterfly grinder order to snapdeal before 6 month. I am regularly contact to customer care near about 50 times and email also near about 30 times for my refund amount but still not received my payment. I had completed all process like curiour slip, bill, and details. but snapdeal is not interested to return my payment. I was email also to CEO Mr. kunal Bahl but he did not any responce, I thinks snapdeal doing fraud work with customers. so be careful.
I suggest to snapdeal customer, dont purchase product from snapdeal
Now I am going to Consumer Court for my refund.
