Only money matters to Snapdeal

My first purchase from Snapdeal was on Dt- 18-01-2017 and the item was bullet range of running shoes. It was a good experience of shopping with Snapdeal as the product was genuine as shown in the ad.  The second purchase was a combo of three club vintage jeans. This deal with Snapdeal was a horrifying experience for me which I am sharing with you all-


I had placed order for the above said jeans on Dt- 201-01-2017 and the order No. was 18039083764. The cost of the item was Rs 1299. The same item reached at me on Dt- 24-01-2017. When I opened the packet, I was astonished at what I saw in the packet. The jeans which I had ordered was completely different that was in the packet. And the size was too an issue. Immediately I contacted the customer care for return of the item and claimed my refund. They directed me to reverse ship the item and upload the courier receipt to get the amount expended in courier. The very next day I went to the flyking courier in my area and reverse shipped the item. After 8 or 10 days later I got a mail from Snapdeal which was horrifying. The mail stated that the item which I have shipped reverse, was not that one which the Snapdeal had sent to me and they are preparing to resend the item to me.  I was very much upset at this attitude of Snapdeal because their claim was totally false. When I contacted the customer care and raised this issue, they took 24 hours to resolve the problem. But after 24 hours they called me and said that the item is again failed in quality control test as the item was not that which they sent to me. This kind of hassle longed for several days and the customer support was distracting to cooperate me. I was feeling very bad because they were raising questions on my truthfulness. After repeated arguments they gave a positive node to refund my money. They agreed to refund my money to my bank account which I had uploaded the details previously.


At last they refunded that amount in freecharge app on DT-8-02-2017 which, later I installed in my cell to get the amount.


Through all this long and critical process, Snapdeal never deserve a two star, still I am giving two stars because it has finally refunded my money after  a long battle of truth.
