I placed a Order of Electric Blanket on Snapdeal on 11-Nov-2014(Order ID: 3557345792).
The delivery address of the Order is in New Delhi but they send my Order to a place name Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmi. its almost 10 days I didn’t receive my Order.
Then I placed a complaint but then they told me that they will delivery the Order ASAP but I managed to get that Order from Udhampur through my friends. After I opened the parcel, the Item is different and the name and the address on the invoice is different m Again I filed a complaint on customer service and then they told me that a a pickup will be done soon and then they will replace the Order with the Correct Item but its already 5 days and no one came to pickup the Item and when I call them they told me that courier guy will collect the Order soon.
Its almost 7 days and no one came to collect the item. Worst service I have ever see. Please don’t but any Item from Snapdeal. They are thieves.
