SnapDeal is one of the worst service provider. They don’t care about customer at all.
The Customer care is a FG SH. They wont bother to take your call. the quality of product would be very poor. The delivery is never on time. Never be blinded with their discounts. Because they are selling only defective and old stock in the name of discount.
Therefore " beware of snapdeal ". I already had two bad experiences with this online shopping (SnapDeal). The service is uncomparable to any other online shopping experience. This group is compromising on quality by selling rejected, second hand stuff under the coverage of "CLOSED POLICY" via courier service (BLUEDART/ECOM).
This means the delivery courier service wont let you open the shipment in-front of them. As a customer you’ve to suffer after the delivery executive left your premises. Simple yet fg policy. In conclusion, "Jago Ghrahak Jago....Aur SanpDeal ki gand mar lo" but never buy from them.
