After being a FK customer for a long time, checked out Snapdeal for my last purchase and ended up regretting. Two pain points - updation of order status is pathetic - the response sounded almost like it was recorded - you will get it tommorow sir, you can check sir etc., etc., Fortunately the package landed up just in time before my kids took off for the holidays.
Second - there was an offer coupon that was supposed to be emailed in a week, which nobody at the customer care center seemed to aware of! Two calls later and a few emails went by. Only time passed by. nothing else came out of it. I am still waiting for the coupons! even after filling up the
satisfaction survey - nothing worked!
