I ordered an LG air conditioner online on the 18th of July and paid the entire sum up front. I was given a confirmation e-mail that said the estimated shipping date would be the 23rd.


But I received a shipping confirmation on the 24th which further stated that delivery would be on the 28th. It is now the 30th and I have still not received my product.


This is terrible business ethic especially because customer service has absolutely no ability to deal with an actual issue and are simply trained to apologize and "pass it on to seniors" who will of course ignore the matter until such time that someone properly threatens them.


So as a consumer I have no power to complaint and am inconvenienced repeatedly.


I urge people NOT to purchase anything from SnapDeal unless they are ready to deal with unnecessary anxiety of losing their money over nothing.


Just go to your nearest showroom and buy the product in person!
