Snapdeal botched up again

I made the mistake 3rd time! But I was forced to. Jolla was available exclusively on snap deal and I was left with no option to deal with them again.


With full of optimism I placed my order on snapdeal. All went well till 25th Sep when the product was packed and waiting for courier. It seems courier is unable to see the invisible package and has not picked up the parcel yet(after 36 hours). Customer support(can’t blame them) is reading the script given to them.


I am not sure how snapdeal is able to survive in this cut throat competition with this service. After shipping, the courier service can always be blamed.
