I have ordered Nokia C1-01 online from Snapdeal. Now I realized the mistake of what I have done, its hell, they are delaying the product delivery and holding the customers money for longer time. Over all I had bad experience in placing the order with Snapdeal.com, I made up my mind not to order once again with Snapdeal.com for life time. Given below is the Scenario;
On 13th March 2012, after ordering I got a confirmation mail stating Est. Shipping date as Mar 20, 2012.
On 19th March 2012, I Got a mail from snapdeal stating Est. Shipping date as Mar 23, 2012 and apologizing for the delay.
On 22nd March 2012, I got a mail from snapdeal stating Est. Shipping date as Mar 26, 2012 and apologizing for the delay.
Now no update if the product has been shipped or not.
I have contacted the customer service several times in between, they had never taken a step forward to satisfy the customer, they only told that product is out of stock. Customer assistance is also very poor.
This is all about the snapdeal which only states delay in delivering the product, I am still waiting the product to be delivered.
