Poor Service! Cheating by Snapdeal!!

I bought four combos of " Strontium 4GB+ 4GB+ 4GB MicroSD Card" from Snapdeal.com on 2012-04-23. The order numbers are 525339130 and 525237096 . They promised that they would ship the order by 1st May 2012 but they didn’t. Again they promised that they would ship on 3rd May and they failed this time also! Again the promised to ship it on 6th May and failed subsequently!


Now when I contacted them on 14th May they just cancelled my order stating that bulk purchase is not allowed! If bulk purchase is not allowed then why on earth have they placed the option to buy 9 memory cards at a time! Plus they have blocked my Rs. 980 for more than half a month! I have not received my money yet! A fraud website like this should be shut down immediately!

In order to discourage such practices, our products team decided to cancel bulk orders where a person has ordered more than 2 in quantity, of the same product.We have initiated your refund.
