I started using snapdeal seeing the offers and discounts they were providing for the products sold on their platform.
Recently I bought a pair of puma t-shirts as it had a huge discount and I was really happy when the products arrived. They looked at first but after the first wash, the color of the t-shirts started fading away and this doesn’t happen epsecially in case of branded puma t-shirts. I think they are selling fake products which is why they are providing huge discounts compared to other online selling platform. I contacted their customer support team regarding this issue and initially they weren’t helpful at all. But after contacting them for many times they offered me the option to return the product for full refund. But the really problem is that they are allowing sellers to sell fake products without even checking the authenticity of the product. This was my recent experience with snapdeal.
The website layout is outdated and is also slow in loading the webpages. They do provide different payment option options like net banking, debit & credit cards, upi and cash on delivery.
From my experience, I recommend everyone to stay away from this platform if you want good quality authentic products.
