I have ordered a Digital weighing machine, on 23rd April 2013, and now its more than 15 days and there is no information from these guys about the product. Eventually I cancelled this product and called their customer center, the guy said "My lead has taken your request and with in 1-2 days you will get a confirmation call from there support". Now it more than 4 days and I have not received any call or intimation from them.
I have cancelled this order to get other products, if in case there is any problem in delivery with this specific product, still I didnt had any help from Snapdeal..
I think just the way 15 days are gone the next 15 days will again be wasted in these follow ups.
