Would like to tell you how Snapdeal has started cheating us. The trust pay guarantee that they promise has been reduced to nothing. They do not take back any faulty product unless it is physically damaged. Although they say that if we are not satisfied with the quality of the product, we will take it back. All lies.
I ordered a most powerful room heater that is available in the market.(Vox 13 fin Oil filled Radiator, order id: 4122290648). This crappy product of 2900 watts capacity doesnt match the heating to a 400 watt ordinary heater. They refused to take it back giving reason that it is an electronic product and not physically damaged! In what world a room heater is an electronic product? Snapdeal guys, go and learn that its in fact an electrical product. To hell with quality, who cares about it, right? to hell with customers, who cares, as long as we sell!
Anyways, to top it, they have shipped me damaged products for my last 4 consecutive orders! I guess they pick up goods to sell from kabadiwalas! Thats really good business! I want to get into it myself!
No way Snapdeal can be called India’s second largest and best e-commerce site.
Really unethical practices! Be careful guys! Go with Flipkart, they will never sell you damaged
