I had ordered a book ( Oracle Db 10G Real App.Clusters) with order # 931180172, which I ordered on 4th April. The only reason to go with Snapdeal was that I was getting it at the lowest price at that time. I did have my misgivings about ordering from this site, since I had read a lot of bad reviews on this site.
However, I decided to take a chance in the rare case that they might have improved. However, I did opt for the COD option, and I am pretty pleased about that decision. My product was supposed to have been shipped by 23rd, but as of now I have not received a single call from snapdeal, and the status still says ’In progress’.
When I call the customer care, a stupid tune plays on a loop and no one answers the call. Really frustrated with this site. Please do not order anything on snapdeal, and if you do, make sure you are in a position to walk into their warehouse to accept the delivery of the product, since these guys don`t believe in shipping the same.
Even though I have quoted the order number here, in case anyone from snapdeal does bother reading this review, please spare me the torture of reading you apology mail, since I know, you do not mean a word of it.
