Deteriorating service whiling dealing with snapdea

Placed Order ID: 12801184906 on 13th April 2016 for an item and paid full amount. The delivery time was shown within 20th April 2016. The item was despatched through a little known courier JV express. I was not informed about courier tracking number or details as was done in my earlier deals. But I received SMS that item has reached in my city on 16th April. But since then, inspite of my repeated requests to snapdeal customer support to expedite delivery, it was not delivered till date. Lastly I have requested for cancellation of order and refund of payment which is also still not complied with. When other online shopping sites like Flipkart, ebay, Amazon are improving their service greatly(I am regular buyer from them), snapdeal service is going down due to mismanagement, job cut and loss making.
