Guys I had recently ordered a camping and trekking bag from Snapdeal. And the page mentioned that the seller and product is Snapdeal fulfilled and will be dispatched with in 1 business day.
Even after 4 days the product was not shipped and when called they tell me that the product is low in inventory and they are searching for different sellers.
Is this a kind of service you expect from India’s one of the top e-commerce sites.
And all the offers and discounts provide by Snapdeal is on Chinese cheap low grade products. AND the MRP is manipulated and most products are tampered.
The return and refund process takes a good 20-25 days. Because of sites like this, Most people do not prefer buying online.
