Most ridiculous offers with pure wasteage of money

I had bought 2 vouchers of body care today worth Rs399 each which promised to give us hair cut , bleach, facial , shaving deephair conditioner, hair wash, blow dry threading . on arrival all of these services were completed in 1 hour and said we do not do shaving.
